  - Waste moisture content increased 7.29%
  - 25% Initial waste moisture
  - 32.29% Final waste moisture
  - Additional 22,683,664 gallons needed to raise moisture to saturation 55% or 40,000 gallons of new water per day for 18 - 20 months
