Water Resources focuses on improving water quality and quantity, primarily in surface waterways. Programs such as the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) pollutant evaluation project, stream monitoring and others, encourage active involvement by students, industry professionals, government agencies and municipalities. These programs along with the newly established water quality lab, well positions the EcoComplex to be a regional leader for surface water quality evaluation, research and outreach.
